Hey All,
Another quick update for you-
We have received such an amazing response on BackerKit from
all those who have added watches to their order. Thank you for the continued
support and excitement surrounding our project. We continue to wear our watches
every day and are never let down by their quality, style and feel. It has been
almost a year and a half since we received our first round of samples and we
have yet to have any issues with any of our watches. We know that you will love
the as much as we do.
There are still some who haven't filled out the survey (don't worry, at this point this is not slowing down production) but to those of you who haven't taken the survey to choose your watches, please do so as soon as possible to ensure you get the watches you want. Also, for those of you who have contributed recently, we send out new surveys every 24 hours. If you don't receive one within 24 hours of contributing, let us know and we'll get you taken care of.
We continue to maintain constant communication with our
manufacturer to ensure that production is going well. We have been nothing but impressed with their
attention to detail and quality control. Rest assured, your rewards are in the
best of hands and are well on their way to becoming a reality. We will also be including an “Elite Luno
Member” card with your reward. That card
will have your 20% off for life discount code. We have big plans for the future
of LunoWear. We’re excited to have you along for the ride.
We too are huge advocates of supporting great crowd funding

The creator of this project is a great friend of ours. They
have launched a few other VERY successful crowd funding campaigns and I’m sure their
new BASICS NOTEBOOK will be no exception. They have been very helpful with
questions we had during our campaign. We owe a lot of our success to them.

Hey Everyone,
Quick update here-
We have a large majority of the surveys answered and we are about to finalize production quantities! For this first round of production (any contributions made before June 20th) you will have two more days to add additional watches to your order or change your selections. At that point, (Midnight, June 26th EST) your order will be confirmed. Please double check your order to confirm you have the right watches selected and have added any additional watches you would like.
You can access your survey by entering your email HERE. If you haven't answered the survey yet, you can do so through that link as well.
We have been working very closely with our manufacturer since our campaign ended. Everything is going smoothly and we're looking forward to a successful production and fulfillment process.

You Can Now Choose Your Watches!
Hey LunoWear supporters,
If you haven't already seen the email we sent you, you can now select the watches you would like. We sent an email to all of our backers around 2:00 pm EST, June 17. We are using a third party platform called "Backer Kit" to host the survey for your watch selection. The title of the email we sent you says "The LunoWear Watches Team". The subject says "Response Needed -- Get your reward for LunoWear Watches". The sender email is "
[email protected]".
A few people have had issues with this email being filtered into the "spam", "trash" or "other" folders of their email. If your email isn't showing up, try searching the title, subject, or sender email in your email mailbox. If you still can't find it you can submit the email you used on Indiegogo to get another email sent to you-
click here to get another email sent to you. Still no luck? There may be an issue with the email provided (typo, old email etc.). If this is the case, please reach out to us at
[email protected] so we can resolve the issue and get your watch selections as soon as possible.
The sooner we get everyone's selections, the sooner we can enter into production and get you all your watches! We understand this may take a couple days but please complete the survey at your earliest convenience. We know the other contributors will appreciate it, everyone is excited to get their watches.

We Made It!!
A little over a month ago, we clicked
"Begin Campaign" not really sure what to expect. We knew we had
created something that we and those close to us loved, but we were anxious to
see how it would be received by the world. We are stoked to see people are as
excited about these watches as we are! We are so grateful for all of the
amazing support we've received. We have put a lot of work into this project and
we're glad to see it hasn't gone unnoticed.
We are so excited to get these
watches shipped to your doorstep and on your wrists! We know you will love them
as much as we do. We have some exciting and important stuff to announce so give
this update a quick read.
So the big question is, What's Next?
As you all know, you have not yet selected your choice of watches but you will shortly! Within the next few days
we will be sending you all an email for you to complete a
"survey" of sorts. In that "survey" you will select which
watches you want. You will also be
confirming shipping details to complete the order.
We got hundreds of emails from people who decided they
wanted another watch or two after contributing. We are excited to announce that
as a part of the survey, there will be an option to add extra watches to your
order. Every contributor will have the option to add up to two extra watches to their
order for only $40 USD each with no extra shipping charge. We are offering this as a
special "Thank you" for all of your amazing support. This is the
lowest we will ever sell a watch for so if you can't decided between two
watches or you've got a friend or family member who would like one, jump on
that deal! You will also be able to add an unlimited amount of watches for our Indiegogo price of $65 USD. We know that the holiday season isn't on
anyone's mind right now, but cut down on the stress of buying gifts later and
get your shopping done now. We know that’s a ways off, but the watches don't
start tickin' until you activate the movement by setting the time, so they'll
be happy to wait in the box until Christmas. The only hard part will be having
to resist taking it out of the box and wearing it yourself.
We are working like crazy to ensure that manufacturing, fulfillment and shipping goes quickly and smoothly. We are confidant that you will receive your rewards in August. We will continue to update you on the progress of your watches.
