Hey All,
We are happy to say we have some good news!!! The watches
finally arrived and they are everything we expected, and more!
We will be shipping out the watches over the next 24 hours.
We expect to have tracking numbers emailed out to each of you by the end Wednesday,
September 2nd.
Those inside the U.S. should receive their watches in 3-5
days from Tuesday the 1st. Those outside of the U.S. should receive
their watches in 7-10 days. You will have a more accurate ETA once you receive your
tracking number.
We appreciate your patience with the latest delays. Thank
you all again for your amazing support. You will hear from us again shortly
with your tracking numbers.

Hey LunoWear Supports,
Time for another update and unfortunately it’s another
delay. One of these times we’re going to have a super fun and exciting update
for you, we promise! We have been doing everything we can to get these watches
to you by our estimated delivery time but there have been a couple unforeseen
setbacks that have been out of our hands. We apologize for the delay and hope
you understand.
The good news is this set back was minor. Our shipment was selected for an in-depth safety check at
customs because the watches contain internal batteries. When a shipment is selected,
there is a mandatory 2-5 day check that they go through (at least for shipments
of this size containing batteries). When so many batteries are included in a
single shipment, they need to verify that the batteries came from a reliable
source and have gone through the proper safety inspections. We had all of the
needed documentation so we got it all sorted out as quickly as possible, but
alas, it was delayed.
When the watches were delayed at customs, we missed our spot
on the shipping airplane so we had to wait until there was enough available
space on another plane, which delayed us even more. Your watches have now
cleared customs and we anticipate their arrival any day now. Our team is still
standing by and is ready to fulfill all orders in the same day the watches
arrive!
We understand how
disappointing it is to be expecting your watches and then get the news that you
have to wait even longer. We know how excited all of you amazing backers and
supporters are to get your watches and we feel terrible for having to keep
coming back with bad news. Trust us, we are just as excited to get you your
watches and just as disappointed by the setback. This project has been a year
and a half in the making and now that we are so close, every extra day seems
like an eternity.
We can’t tell you enough how much we applicate your support
and patience. We have received so many positive and encouraging emails from
many of you. We are thrilled that you have caught the vision of what we are
striving to do. We promise to continue to do all we can to ensure you receive a
quality product in a timely manner. Our number one goal is for you all to be
happy with our products and our costumer service. As always, feel free to email

Hi Everyone,
We were up late last night conversing with our manufacturer regarding the watches. We’re sorry to say our estimated shipping day is going to have to be pushed back just a few days. Things are going great with production; in fact, the watches have been done for over a week now. We have completed a thorough quality control inspection for all the watches and everything is looking great! The only hold up is our manufacturer has been waiting to receive the leather from their leather source for The Pine watch.
The good news is they have now received the leather and finished all the bands. They are packaging the last of The Pine watches as we speak. We expect to receive the watches in 3-5 days!
By that estimation, we will begin shipping them to your doorstep on the 24thof August. Shipping for U.S. orders should be 3-5 days and 5-10 for international orders.
We have staffed a large team and will work tirelessly to get all 3,800 orders shipped out in one day!
We hope everyone is happy with our level of communication. We are trying to find a balance with keeping everyone informed while not being annoying and filling up your inboxes. Hey Everyone!
We want to thank all of you again for making Luno a reality. Time has flown by and August is finally here! This means we will be shipping the watches out in just two short weeks!
MANUFACTURING &
QUALITY CONTROL
We have been hard at work getting all of the watches ready
to ship! We have attached some photos below for you to see some of the
individual components. The watches are
close to being fully assembled and we will be completing our final quality
control check over the next week!
SHIPPING
We plan to start shipping the watches on August 17th
(from Utah) and it will take us a couple days to get through all of the orders.
Domestic orders will take 3-5 days to be delivered and foreign orders will take
about 5-10 days. As we ship the orders we will
be as quick as possible to get tracking numbers sent out to each of you.

Hey All,
Just a quick update here-
Things are going great with your watches! We are about halfway through production and everything is looking good and running smoothly.
We are still on track for our estimated delivery time of August. It is still a bit early to say exactly when they will be shipped and arriving on your doorstep but we will continue to keep you updated as we get closer to that point. At this point, it looks like your watches will be delivered mid-late August depending on your location.
Of course we will keep you updated here but we will also be sharing more details about the process of production on our social media accounts.
